Senzea Meditation in Motion

Many people have tried meditation through a meditation app or after reading an article on meditation.  Most people try and do not continue the practice, and very few people achieve a meditative state that is free of mental noise. We simply are not used to sitting still.  

Meditation in Motion helps you overcome these challenges using simple, slow movements and synchronized breathing exercises to clear your thoughts and focus your attention.

Meditation Retreat for Leaders & Journaling

Join us for a unique 21 day retreat in the city, compatible with the busy lives of leaders like you, that will leave you the master of your morning routine.



Meditation for companies

We provide sessions at your office.  Although almost any time can be arranged, you can choose, for example a 60 minute session first thing in the morning or at lunch.

For optimized results we recommend 2 or 3 sessions a week and you will see the first benefits after just a couple of months.

The #1 reason why people don't meditate is the lack of time. That's why we'll provide your services where you work.


Senzea Wellness Exercise

We use exercises consisting of a variety of gross motor movements such as pushing oneself up, bending, jumping, or swinging, using only one's body weight for resistance, performed rhythmically and without equipment.  

They are in essence body weight training. They are intended to increase body strength, body fitness, and flexibility, conducted in concert with stretches. Performed with variety, these exercises provide the benefits of muscular and aerobic conditioning, in addition to improving psychomotor skills, such as balance, agility and coordination.

Senzea Therapeutic Method

Senzea Therapeutic Method uses a variety of hands-on physical treatments that promotes the function of the body and facilitates healing and recovery processes. It reduces excessive muscle reflex activity, inhibits motor neuron excitability and promotes relaxation.


Power Meets Intensity

In physics, power refers to the rate at which work gets done, or the rate at which energy is converted from one type to another or transferred from one place to another.

Power as a physical concept, implies a change in a physical system and a determined time in which change takes place. It differs from the concept of work, which refers only to a net change occurring in the state of the physical system.
