Meditation refers to a variety of practices including exercises and techniques designed to enhance relaxation, increase immune function, increase focus, attention & cognition, and reduce the effects of aging on the brain.  

As a result of an improved mental state, it's not uncommon for meditation practitioners to experience increased love, thankfulness, awareness, compassion and serenity. 

This one-day workshop includes: 

  •  Meditation postures

  •  Deep breathing synchronization with movement exercises

  •  Mobility, flexibility & balance exercises

  • The elements of Self-massage
