Did you want to try meditation and install an app, only to find you rarely use it or that you were still overwhelmed with distracting thoughts? Meditation apps are great, but they don't create a distraction-free space to focus.
Meditation builds awareness of your present experience. Meditation in motion is a type of meditation designed to help you succeed at clearing your mind from your busy, distracted life. Using slow movements timed with breathing in an environment designed to be distraction-free, meditation in motion lets you resist distracting thoughts and is great for both new and experienced meditators.
After the meditation, we’ll enjoy some light refreshments, share our experiences and I'll give you some guidance and tips for integrating meditation into your day-to-day life.
