Meditation may refer to a wide variety of practices that includes exercises and techniques designed to enhance relaxation, increase internal energy or life force called ki, qi or prana. It develops love, thankfulness, awareness, compassion, serenity and integrity, to capacitate its practitioner to enjoy a sense of well-being whilst being engaged in any life activity.


Our Mission

At Senzea, we want to share a healthy approach to meditation. Taking into account the necessities of our modern life, we develop a program in motion that involves the whole body. 
We raise our senses and awareness without feeling rushed into the next task to do. 

Senzea offers meditation sessions in motion that includes:

Senzea Meditation is the meditation I need. With deep breathing and stretching exercises, I don’t have any stress that I experienced with sitting meditation. After the session I feel fresh, pain free with lots of energy for a couple of days and I apply the self-massage techniques at work.
