In this workshop you will learn core martial techniques such as meditative postures, balancing your centre of gravity, exercises to coordinate breathing with movement and self-defence techniques that cover different aspects of martial training.

The workshop will take place in Yaletown, Vancouver, 5 minutes walk from Yaletown Roundhouse Skytrain station.
Please bring your own mat, towel & wear comfortable sports clothing.
