Why Meditation in motion ?
We practice a meditation in motion based on martial arts. Each session begins and ends with a seated meditation, but mostly we will practice :
- Coordination exercises
- Balance exercises
- Deep breathing exercises
This meditation is made for you if you find meditating too challenging because of an excess of energy on your cushion. With Senzea Meditation we release the energy and practice meditative postures.
We provide sessions at your office. Although almost any time can be arranged, you can choose, for example a 60 minute session first thing in the morning or at lunch.
For optimized results we recommend 2 or 3 sessions a week and you will see the first benefits after just a couple of months.
The #1 reason why people don't meditate is the lack of time. That's why we'll provide your services where you work.
