Senzea is excited to announce a 2-day seminar on fitness & therapeutic exercises. 

This seminar is for anyone who has, or aspires to, a healthy level of personal fitness but who is not a professional athlete.  

In this seminar there will be an introduction to therapeutic exercises for mobility & flexibility for different parts of the body.  The program includes cardiorespiratory exercises, strength exercises, breathing exercises, body alignment and postural hygiene relating to different postures and proper weightlifting technique with a goal of benefit the mind as well as the body.

For this class, please bring your own yoga mat, towel & wear comfortable athletic clothing.   The seminar will begin at 9 am each morning and end each day at 4.  Time will be provided for breaks including lunch.
